If you are looking for a new pair of sneakers to wear with some jeans or chinos, get yourself a pair of these. The Stefan Janoski canvas skater shoe is redesigned to include an Air Max bubble underneath the heel, for extra protection when walking, and flex grooves to improve the overall feel when moving around. In addition, the sneakers are very lightweight and are almost unnoticeable on your feet.
I was able to pick up a pair of these last April and have been wearing them with tan chinos or jeans and a plain button down. They are very versatile, especially the ones I bought, shown above. During my first wear, they were a bit tight, but it only took a few more wears to break them in and now they're nice and comfortable. The Air Max bubble significantly decreases stress on your heel, and the flex groove design contours to your every move, making for an enjoyable feel every time you put 'em on.
I used to be very picky about which sneaker brands I would buy. Limiting myself to mostly Nike, Sperry’s and Vans, I didn’t expand my horizons until I laid eyes on the Sunset Adidas ZX Fluxes. (Far right in the photo above.) In my opinion, these shoes are the most comfortable and flashy shoes I have ever worn. With the endless possibilities of designs and customization, the Fluxes are, and should be, on any sneaker enthusiast's buy list. They are very lightweight, have outstanding breathability, and are very durable.
Released by Nathan Clark in 1950, the Desert Boots are an unexpected and different take to the shoes available at the time. Ever since its release, it continues to be the go-to purchase by many men to add a rugged look to their wardrobe. It maintains its status as an original, classic, and iconic boot in many cultures around the world.
My most recent purchase, in July, was a pair of Clarks Bushacre 2 boots in Beeswax Leather(as shown above). I plan to wear them this fall with a nice pair of jeans and a flannel button down or hooded sweatshirt for my go-to look around campus. My initial thoughts about the boots were very skeptical; as I mentioned above, I rarely stray from my boat, canvas or casual shoe. After looking at various ways to pair these boots, I found that they would soon become a great and casual choice for the fall. Same with most shoes, after you break them in, the boot becomes very easy to walk in for long periods of time. I look forward to wearing these this fall as I already know that these quality boots are going to last me a long time.
